Our History – Over 35 Years in Agricultural Contracting. Andrew and Catherine Mabey have run Mabey Contracting for the last 12 years. This family owned and operated business has roots going back to 1974, when Andrew’s father Ron started haymaking.

Ron established Mabey Contracting and added to the machinery over the years, until eventually the operation outgrew his day-to-day farming activities. That’s when Andrew took over, and the business continued to expand.
